We collect your phone number for authentication. We collect transaction data to maintain your care fund balance, including gifts received and card activity. We do not share details of how you spend your care funds with donors, employers, or any third parties. Your spending is visible only to you.

How we use your information

We use your phone number to send one-time login codes for account access. We use transaction data to maintain your fund balance and send gift notifications. We never sell your personal information to third parties.

What donors can see

Donors can see that their gift was received and is being used for care. They cannot see what you spend it on, where you spend it, or any details about your mental health care. Your privacy is total.

Data security

We use industry-standard encryption to protect your data. Your care fund is powered by Stripe, a PCI-compliant payment processor. Authentication is handled by Supabase with encrypted phone OTP.

SMS communications

ThrivePot uses SMS to send one-time login codes for account access. By providing your phone number you consent to receive these authentication messages. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies based on your account activity. Reply STOP to opt out at any time, or HELP for assistance.

Your rights

You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time by contacting us. We will respond to all requests within 30 days.

Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use of ThrivePot after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
